At Benefit Advocates, we help guide organizations and individuals through the maze of today’s healthcare system. From working with clients who have had a health insurance claim denied to helping retirement age workers transition to Medicare, we are advocates for our clients’ rights.

We were founded in 2001 by our founder and CEO, Mary Kesel. She is a 35-year veteran in health care benefits and an adjunct professor of Human Resources Management at the Wake Forest University School of Business.

Headquartered in Winston-Salem, N.C., Benefit Advocates provides services to individuals and large and small businesses nationwide, including SunTrust Banks, Wake Forest University and Rexam Corporation.
