Our Name Is What We Do.

From the Benefit Advocates Winston-Salem, NC headquarters, our staff guides organizations and individuals through the maze of today’s healthcare system. From working with clients who have had a health insurance claim denied, to helping retirement age workers transition to Medicare, we are advocates for our clients’ rights. Mary Kesel, a 35-year veteran in healthcare benefits and a former adjunct professor of Human Resources Management at the Wake Forest University School of Business, founded Benefit Advocates in 2001.

Our mission is to be the most respected provider of innovative and supportive solutions regarding health care benefits in the industry.
